it depends on your body build. in a general statement at 18 years old...
How Much You Way-How Much You should Lift.

When you first start working out, you will be very weak. But, along the lines of 3 or 4 months you should be able to max out your own weight and bench press like 155 7 times. After around 2 more months you should be able to max around 195 or 205 depending on how fast you catch on things and if you don't take supplements. I have been working out for 4 months now, i weigh 165 pounds, and I'm 16 years old and i can max out around 215, ( 50 Pounds over my body weight. ) So it really depends on how fast your body adapts to the work out's and how efficient you do them. But you should be around the areas of your own weight, even higher.
A 16 year old should not bench press. Bone development (growth) does not stop until one is into their late teen and early twenties. Any form of excessive weight lifting can (and usually will) result in some form of growth issue(s), physiologically speaking. However, this does not suggest that one should not strive to remain or become physically fit until they reach the correct age for weight lifting. An assortment of flexibility, aerobic, and core building exercises, in moderation, are a very wise choice at any age.
Most 19 and 20 year olds' that I have lifted with--ranging in body weight from 145 - 185lbs., and who also have no prior experience with any form of weight lifting--tend to bench press between 75lbs. - 100lbs. for use during reps/sets. No assessment was done to test one rep max. Presumably, one could guess +20 lbs on top of their respective lift, depending on a number of factors.
If your in good shape should bench your weight.
You should be able to press your own body weight 10 times in one set.
you should at least be able to bench your own weight, which is 260
If they're in good shape, I'd say 160-175lbs for 1 rep. If they don't work out or play any sports, then 95-135lbs sounds about right.
