It all depends on where you go, what level, and what kind of shape the program was in that you've inherited. Depending on how successful the school has been in this sport they may put more money up to continue the winning tradition. At a DIII job or a NAIA job I would say around what a professor makes and then a little extra depending on the booster clubs. Once you get into DI (division 1) that's where the money greatly varies. I know the Baylor coach was getting paid somewhere around $90,000 from the school and not counting anything else from the booster clubs, but his salary has greatly increased ever since his success of bringing them deep into the tournament. I'd Google different divisions and find their averages.

Close to around 30$ it all depends on what you coach for if you coach for tumbling then probably 20$ an hour or if you coach bases it would be 30$ too. Coachs that coach flyers are the people that get the most money, they get around 40$ an hour!
