I don't know if it was front page headline news in Daytona Beach or not. If so, and you have the paper from Daytona Beach, it might be worth something.

Otherwise, it probably has no monetary value other than that of any other recyclable paper.

Note that I'm not saying that you might not be able to get a NASCAR fan to buy it anyway, just that it's probably not valuable outside that community.
