Deep Sea divers that are diving on air to -50m make between 250 - 750 dollars per day. Where as Saturation divers who live in pressurized chamber and dive to -200m can make between 900 - 1,800 dollars a day.

Scuba divers as in Instructors, will get paid based on the amount of work they do. It also depends on location, as diving season slows in the winter. So its a very large pay spectrum. If you want to make substantial money, I suggest looking in to commercial diving. Commercial diving is inland, and offshore. Offshore is where the money is, but you need a lot of experience to get there. But like anything you just have to work at it.
