The driver starts the race on the inside of Row 1.
The crew chief gets first choice of pit stalls.
The car gets to run in the Sprint Unlimited, the first race of the season which is an all-star race for pole winners. (This was first called the Busch Clash, then the Budweiser Shootout.)

It depends on they're team and sponsors. They are contracted.
How much truck drivers get paid varies. Some truck drivers can make upwards of 50,000 per year depending on the company.

Also whether the team takes economy class or first class, how good his drivers are, how many repairs the cars make, and how many team members he has. Each driver has 20-30 sponsors that pay 4-10 million dollars a year ($80 million to $300/driver).
