the shot clock is 24 seconds, and it resets when it is shot once they get to the offensive side.

So basically 24 seconds. There is no certain seconds where they have to shoot it only across half court

in the nba and recreation you have 10 seconds. in street you can choose how many seconds you have to cross the halfcourt line you can even choose not to have a time limit at all!
