Youth games have 2 to 4 officials working those games. They try to schedule 3 or 4.
High school:
Freshamn have 3 officials working those game. (Referee, Umpire and Head Linesman)
J.V. has 4 officials working those games. (Referee, Umpire, Line judge and Head Linesman)
Varsity has 5 officials working those games. (Referee, Umpire, Line Judge, Head Linesman and Back Judge)
College and NFL games have 7 officials working those games (same as High school varsity, but also with Field Judge and Side Judge)
