If, by 'original Oilers', you mean the 1997 Tennessee Oilers, there are no players from that team on the 2009 Titans although the head coach, Jeff Fisher, was head coach of the 1997 Oilers.
Only one player from the 1997 Tennessee Oilers roster is still active in the NFL and that is WR Derrick Mason who is with the Baltimore Ravens. OT Jon Runyan played through the 2008 season (with the Eagles) and has not officially retired but has not caught on with an NFL team after having knee surgery after the 2008 season.
UPDATE: Runyan signed as a free agent with the San Diego Chargers on November 25. He stated that he would retire at the end of the 2009 season and set his sights on running for the House of Representatives seat of the 3rd district of New Jersey and becoming a member of the United States Congress.
