This varies from person to person, I would imagine. If you take the width of the court and times it by how many motions you make in the game, you could roughly estimate how many feet the miles, a player moves. But there's no realistic way to do this.

I am not sure it depends on what position you play for example if you play center you will run more than a goal keeper. It also depends on how well you are being marked! Hope this helps!
