180 litres, I believe, however all cars are under-fueled for the race so the driver must save fuel to make it to the end of the race, but this also makes the car lighter in the early stages of the race.

As of 2014 F1 Season. F1 Cars can only hold 100kg of fuel. Volume is depend on the density of the fuel, and that it dependable by the actual temperature of the fuel. Average volume could be around 130 litre.

There should be the minimum of 210 Liters of Fuel in a Formula 1 Tank of 160 Kg's worth of Fuel at the start of race.
