The Apex2. the JJ is just a standard barrel, and not a great one at that. The apex is one of two barrels that increase range and the only one that is adjustable.
J&J all the way, its more than a standard barrel its Teflon coated ceramic. makes it light and able to shoot out breaks very well. the apex like the flatline does not increase your usable range, anyone who thinks it does has not been around paintball long enough to know the physics behind it. yes it will make the paint go further but at the added distance the paint is traveling so slowly that it bounces off of everything. in order to keep the paint in the air that long you sacrifice speed. anything that puts spin on a ball also has bad accuracy. and if you think people are going to hold still for long enough for you to dial in a curve shot then sure go for it. if i see anyone messing with a apex trying to hit me behind a tree, i just move to another tree, they cant hit you while on the run since now all their shots are curving and once you get to another tree they have to start all over dialing in a curve shot to get it to hook around a different tree. J&J is cheaper, lighter and much better

Tippmann markers in generally have a reputation for being the most durable markers available. They are the standard for field rentals because of this reason. Tippmann's however are also known to be Slightly Heavier than tournument Markers, But that's because there more durable, unlees you get a better barrel but i usally buy new barrels for markers anyway because stock barrels are rarely good, and generally efficient. Tippmann's in many opinions are the best scenario marker available.
