60 is incorrect. With the exception of the US Open (top 60) and the final two events of the FedEx Playoffs (BMW is a no cut event and the Tour Championship is limited field of 30), the cut falls at top 70 and ties.
In some cases, there is a secondary cut made on Saturday afternoon or after the finish of the 3rd round if the original cut included more than 85 players, this is noted as "MDF" (Made cut, Did not Finish).
