There are ten frames in bowling.
One bowling game consist of ten frames.
10 frames in a bowling game, 10th frame can have up to 2 extra balls. For example 3 strikes in the 10th frame. 12 strikes in a game = 300 = perfect game.
In bowling there are 10 frames. If a strike is scored in the 10th frame, the bowler gets two "fill shots" (bonus shots sometimes incorrectly referred to as the 11th and 12th frames). If a spare is scored in the 10th frame, the bowler gets one fill shot.
If you get strikes in all of the frames in a game, it is called a perfect 300 score
