The West Indies.
The West Indies is the name of a geographical region. Within this region there a many countries. Many of these countries have internal heads of state. The Queen of England heads other countries, some countries are part of the Kingdom of the Netherlands and others owned by the USA etc. In a nutshell consider there are many different heads of state in the West Indies. (The West Indies by the way is the Caribbean)
Some countries that do not have a campus of the University of the West Indies include the United States, France and Britain.
