The loss of calories in an individual is totally depends on the nature of work of an individual.When we are doing a cardio workout we should remember that the cardio exercise is for a minimum 20 minutes because it is related directly to the heart.In 10 minutes exercise we loss about 50-100 calories during the exercise period.

Depends on several things, but mainly on how hard you push yourself.

For 10 minutes it can be anything between 50 and 200. The lower for a slow, casual ride, the higher for a fit person riding pretty much all out.


Depends on how hard you were pushing. Hard enough to get sweaty and winded, maybe 80.

Whatever you do, 10 minutes isn't going to use up any useful amounts of calories.

There are a number of calorie use calculators on the internet. Generally, you select the type of exercise, your weight and the length of the exercise.

One calculator indicates that a 10-minute slow walk for a 150lb person would use about 29 calories, but walking with crutches would use 45 calories.

Having physical health issues but trying to get back outside and mobile. Trying to figure out Steps=Calories=Walking on a walker at a slow pace with my dog. Any help greatly appreciated)

Not much.

Walking pace is maybe 300 calories/hour, and you're doing 1/6th of that - so maybe 50 calories. About 1/8th of a cupcake.
