Chuck Noll was the head coach of the Steelers from 1969-1991. The Steelers won 10 or more games in eight of his 23 seasons, five of which were when the NFL played 14 game regular seasons: 1) 1972: 11-3

2) 1973: 10-4

3) 1974: 10-3-1

4) 1975: 12-2

5) 1976: 10-4

6) 1978: 14-2

7) 1979: 12-4

8) 1983: 10-6
