1) 1968 Eastern Conference Finals - The Boston Celtics defeated the Philadelphia 76ers after being down 3 games to 1.
2) 1970 Western Conference Semifinals - The Los Angeles Lakers defeated the Phoenix Suns after being down 3 games to 1.
3) 1979 Eastern Conference Finals - The Washington Bullets defeated the San Antonio Spurs after being down 3 games to 1.
4) 1981 Eastern Conference Finals - The Boston Celtics defeated the Philadelphia 76ers after being down 3 games to 1.
5) 1995 Western Conference Semifinals - The Houston Rockets defeated the Phoenix Suns after being down 3 games to 1.
6) 1997 Eastern Conference Semifinals - The Miami Heat defeated the New York Knicks after being down 3 games to 1.
7) 2003 Eastern Conference First Round - The Detroit Pistons defeated the Orlando Magic after being down 3 games to 1.

2010 Los Angeles Lakers
1994 Houston Rockets
1988 Los Angeles Lakers
Each of those teams lost Game 5 on the road, and came back to win Games 6 and 7 on their home courts.
