224 players are selected in the draft every year, but there is no way to find out the chance of being picked round 1 because there isn't a set amount of players that can enter the draft. I'd imagine there are tens of thousands, if not hundreds of thousands of players that graduate every year. 224 of them actually get draft, only 32 go in the first round.
