I did spend some time looking up flight times, and though I can't remember the figures properly it was more like an hour because the routes serve Oslo. More importantly though, there are few direct UK - Norway flights. Most seemed to entail changing planes in Holland! There is a service between Aberdeen (NE Scotland) and Oslo - I found I could fly to Aberdeen from Bristol and I'm sure you could from a London or other S. English airports.
