2 hours. In a nutshell the first 30 should be dedicated to warm up, the next 30 to skill work, the next 30 to conditioning drills with a ball and the final 30 small sided scrimmages. You need to get some water breaks in there so the full 30 in each category probably won't work. 2 hours goes fast if you are prepared and keep the practice moving.
