Easy. Just go ALL OUT. It should be a dead sprint the whole way. Get out of the blocks powerfully. Don't crunch your hand's up into fists. Make them relaxed, but they have to be staright. Don't cross you arms across your body, and DON'T LOOK AROUND. Look straight ahead. If it's a close race that could cost you your win. If someone is on your tail and you don't know who's gonna finish first, lean in slightly right at the finish line. The first person with any body part across the line is the winner, even if it's their head, SO LEAN. GOOD LUCK!!!!!

actually there are 7-8 lanes on the track depending on the track and there is a technique to running the 100 meter dash. There is a progression when coming off the blocks. the upper body should be at a slant when coming off the blocks and should graudually come up.
