I have been running XC for three years. This year is my first in year in high school, so I now run the 5k race. This year my PR was in the early 19 minutes, and the same was with many of the other freshmen. Therefore, I would say the average completion time would be between 17 and 20 minutes. Considering the average of my team and our local conferences times.
It usually takes people between 20 and 30 minutes to run a 5k. The world record is 12:37.35. A good time for a male runner is below 17 minutes and a good time for a femal is undr 19 minutes.
On average it should take between 22 and 30 mins.
It depends upon how fast you run. It is a little over three miles. If you are able to average running at about a 9 mph pace for the distance, your time will be about 27 minutes.
Average about 25 minutes, but anywhere from 20- 30 min
About 25-35 minutes.
When I ran my first 5k I took 45 minutes. I think around that time.
A 5k run is 3.1 miles
A 5K run is a distance of 3.11 miles.
Approximately 27 minutes 30 seconds.
If you're talking about the actual time it takes to physically run a 5k (and not how long it would take to train for one), it's about 30 minutes. 5k is around 3.1 miles, so if you average 10 minutes per mile, it's 30 minutes total.
5K Or for those that are metric impaired 3.1 miles

You can run a 5k two days after donating blood. It is recommended, however to wait until five days have passed.
Around 21 minutes and 40 seconds
try the couch to 5k. Google it and you can also download podcasts to your ipod. I just started it myself. I am running my 1st 5k this November.
