urm.. the average 30 year old in my opinion, could probably run the 400 meters in between 60-64 seconds.
to run it in 60 secs would mean a 15 seconds 100 meter and 64 secs would mean 16 seconds obviously:). hope i helped!
I can run 100m in 14 seconds with no starting blocks (I am 31)
I'm 42, and just started timing 400m runs. After three days, I'm at 75 secs. Hoping to get it in to the 60's in a week or two.

11.6 Seconds
A 12 year old's average time for the 100 meter dash, should be about 15 or 16 seconds.

The 200 meter dash made its debut in the Olympics at the 1900 Games in Paris.
about 60 seconds.
A little quicker than average, but not really "fast." With proper training and ability though, the athlete could develop into a very fast sprinter.
1min 10secs should be a good time
The slowest a person should run is 15 seconds.
An average time for a 14-year-old running the 50 meter dash is around 9 seconds. For a 100 meter dash, it would be about 13 seconds.
An average of 15/17 seconds in the 100 meter dash. The fastest ones usually get around 13/14, and some even get 12. 12 is really fast.
A time of 15.1 seconds in the 100 meters for a 12 year old is a good time. It is not considered especially fast, but it is likely as fast or faster than average.
