It depends on the track. Since different tracks have different pit road speeds, the pace car will drive about ten mph faster than the pit road speed under caution laps. At the beginning of the race, however, the laps that the cars do before the green flash drops (also called parade laps) are done at pit road speed. This is so the cars can match their rpms with the pit road speed, as NASCAR does not allow any kind of speed monitoring devices in the vehicles.

A Nascar stock car would be faster, because a sprint car is normally driven around a small dirt track. So I doubt that sprint cars exceed 200 mph.

Is there a limit to how fast you can go in NASCAR?

No, most street cars cannot accelerate faster than a nascar car, but some can. A typical nascar car can accelerate from 0-60 in about 4.0 seconds. Some street cars have acceleration times that are pretty close or even beat the times of nascar cars. For example a 2014 Corvette Stingray Z51 can accelerate from 0-60 mph in just 3.8 seconds. Additionally if a street car is modified with a turbocharger and cold air intake it could very well pass the time of a nascar. However NOT ALL cars can accelerate more quickly than a nascar car. For example a 2014 Honda Odyssey LX minivan accelerates from 0-60 in 7.7 seconds.
