I just did a 4km and im nearly fourteen. I did it in 21 mins and thought i left a bit too much in the tank. I have a friend that can run it in 12 mins. can you believe that!
it takes me about 24 min to run a 4k idk if that helps, im not in the best shape, but i run daily
4km = 4,000m
4km is 4,000 meters.
16*0.25 = 4km
distance=d (same for up the hill and down the hill)time up=t1time down=t2want to find t1.t1+t2=3 hours=3hd/4km/h=t1d/6km/h=t2therefore, d/4km/h+d/6km/h=3hd*(1/4km/h+1/6km/h)=3hd*(5/12km/h)=3hd=36/5km=7.2kmsince he's running at 4km/h, it will take1.8h to run up the hill (t1=1.8h)
4002m is the longer distance - it's 2 metres longer than 4km.
95m + 4km - 225mm = 4.094,775km, 4,094.775m, or 4,094,775mm
To convert 4km 612m to meters, we multiply 4km by 1000 (1km = 1000m) and add 612m. So, 4km 612m is equivalent to 4612 meters. If we divide distance 4612 meters by 4612 meters, we get 1.
4km equals 4000 meters and 612km equals 612000 meters. So the total of 4km and 612km is 616000 meters.
To determine the time it would take to drive 4km at a speed of 60km/h, you can use the formula Time = Distance / Speed. In this case, Time = 4km / 60km/h = 0.067 hours. To convert this to minutes, you would multiply by 60, giving you approximately 4 minutes. Therefore, it would take approximately 4 minutes to drive 4km at a speed of 60km/h.
run.
