The speed needed for a human to mimic a "Jesus" (basilisk) lizard would need to be 30 meters/second or ~67.1 mph. This has yet to be achieved, considering the current record holder for fastest spring is ~10 m/s.

an average person with out training would swim two lenght of the pool in about 1 min to 1min 30.
