Most high-school players can run form home to first between 2.8 and 3.2. As always there are some people that are faster, I ran it in 2.65, and these girls are usually slappers. If you are slower try to develop a power game to hit the ball out of the infield so that you can get on base more often.

Im 11 And Pitch 58 usually on a good day maybe 63

but fot every foot you leap of the mound you get

3 mph per foot you leap

if she plays travel ball, at least 100 feet. If your in rec, i'd say 75.

When i was 11 i played travel and was really good, i threw 130 feet in 5th grade. it depends on the girls arm.
