Depending on what the ninja is wearing, it would go faster with less surface area (less friction). Shoes have to be thin and light and muscles have to be toned. You will never be a ninja without lightening your mind as if you were wind!!!!!!!!

They can probably run a bit faster than an average person running. This depends entirely on if they have had training and are slim or not.
