1) The top 3 forwards 2 defensemen and 1 goalie are voted by fans and are starters.
2) The remaining 36 players are announced, 2 captains and 4 assistant captains will be named.
3) The draft takes place a day before the skills competition.
Each team must have 12 forwards 6 defensemen and 3 goalies, while all goalies must be taken by round 10 and defenseman by round 15.

Then, you can choose 2011, and if you do, that is when you can race the 2011 cars online.
