by playing sport it is causing your cardio vascular system to start working, sport will not help you stay fit unless you actually push yourself. a good example of this is the beep test. This is where a series of beeps will play and you have to run a distance within the time between the beeps. Another example is a twelve minute trun, just run as far as you can in 12 minutes.
