There are many benefits from dancing, though some benefits only come with certain types of dancing.

Dancing can be a form of excercise and/or expression.

You can express yourself, the type of dancing *Krumping* they say that if you krump its a way of expressing anger without actually hurting anyone.

You can gain balance, precision and many other things through dancing, and even if you're not a very good dancer you can try! You can meet new people and some say, dancing benefits your cardiovascular system.
