it brings out all your emotions. also brings out your inner self. you find yourself more. you learn a lot of life skills, sports training doesnt depend on the sport itself, it impacts on everything else. you develop your character, skills, personalitly, emotions, and everything. you dont just play to win. you win from within. when you play from your heart thats when you know its not just about winning.
