The key is in the pop, there needs to be more pop if it is moving from under your feet. I had the same problem for a couple of days and then realised that my tail was only just reaching the floor. The answer is just hit the tail down real hard!!
my friend says that you can put your pinky under the board for a good ollie
Ollie is a diminutive of the name Oliver, which has several meanings depending on origin. In one light it means "olive tree" in Catalan. In old French it may be a variant of the name Olivier, which means "processor of olive oil".

you need to pop the board so that it has enough up force that it stays in contact with your feet, you will also need to practice keeping your feel in the path the board is going to take.

a pop shove it and a shove it are really easy to learn all you have to do is swipe ur back foot till ur board is 180 degrees then catch it another easy trick is the kickflip were you kick your foot out diaganoly instead of straight like the ollie the board will flip then catch it when you see the griptape. Some other easy tricks are a casper and a boardslide. To casper ( I am goofy so translate to regular if you aren't) you must put your back foot heel on the tail and your front foot in the posistion of a kickflip. Then you gently flip it over with your front foot and catch it with your back foot. Your front foot should be under the board around the trucks and your back foot should be on the tail. Then you just flip it back over in a 180 movement. Make sure to flip it in front of you, not beside you. To boardslide just ollie onto a ledge or rail and land on your board. Balnce with both feet and then ollie off if you are on a ledge or just slide off if you're on a rail.
put your foot just under the bolts, and angle it pointing towards the nose[not completelt forward, slight angle.] pop just like an ollie, and flick off right where the concave begins[ curve of your board towards the nose] hope this helps.
