If the scratch is in the clear coat, then there is a possibility to buff it out. Deep scratches into the color coat need to be color filled matching paint color) then clear coated over.

The case for a HTC phone is suppose to keep the phone from being scratched. Scratches on a case is just from normal wear and tear. Clear nail polish or a \"buffing\" nail file should work in dulling a scratch.
They are Oakleys with clear lenses, that I am certain of. As for which type it's either Oakley Flak Jacket or Oakley Half Jacket.
Oakley has created a lens material called Plutonite which has the ability to stop every level of UV radiation. Even all of Oakley's clear lenses are 100 percent UV protected.
you have to remove the clear coating
It will get glossy for sure, they do make a satin clear this will Allow you to compound out light scratches. If you were going to try to rub the scratches out of satin or flat paint that area will get a gloss.Hope this helpsJimmy
If they're not too deep and could be considered surface scratches, and if chances are the screen is protected by a clear plastic screen. Best thing to do is use an automotive wax (be sure that it doesn't contain any abrasives) and just use the wax to fill in the scratches. Clear plastic is easily rejuvinated by a light coat of wax much the same as a car finish.
If there are scratches on the surface before you clear coat, the clear will not come out smooth. If you are spraying new clear coat over an old clear coat, the entire surface must be wet sanded with at least a 600 grit wet/dry paper so the surface is rough enough to accept the clear. If you are spraying new clear over an new base coat, the same techinque for prepping the surface will be necessary if the base coat has dried.
It is NOT scratch proof. If you get a silicone cover for your Blackberry Storm (kind of like the ones for an Iphone), that will protect it from scratches, but not always. Also, if you get a clear protective cover that goes over the screen, that will help protect PREVENT scratches on the screen. It is NOT scratch proof.
