Well it is simple, short players are forced to adapt to there size. Usually short players learn to put lot's of top spin on the ball (by snapping harder on the ball). A short player usually does not T-line it every single time but instead loads on the tops spin and hits it to a deep corner. these shots are hard to dig at all levels.
Practice jumping a lot to reach higher heights and make sure when you hit the ball, it's above your head slightly in front of you. Snap your wrist to make the ball spin. Also work on arm strength and accuracy.
get under the ball and spike it up to the setter. you dont have to be able to jump high =)

you cant flex a volleyball but you can use your flexibility playing volleyball...whenyou bump,set, or spike the ball you are using flexibility to bend you back or do anything of that sort to get the ball.....is that good enough?
When your with your team on the court you can cheer when you ace it ! When you spike it or even when you score! It is really easy to cheer at a volleyaball game. But you cant use ne profanity or bad language. towards the other team. Also your cheers cant be too mean.
All you need to play volleyball is a net, a court, a volleyball, 6 amazing volleyball players.! you cant go wrong with that!

Guys are allowed to play Vlleyball in high-school, It depends on your education institution if they do Extra Curricular sport such as Volleyball. Volleyball may not be available to you to participate in school.
