Gymnastics is a very hard sport. You have to be flexible, strong and willing to work hard and go for stuff. You have to work out non stop. I do gymnastics for four hours a day, five days a week. When im home i go on the tread mill and i go to the gym. You have to keep your strenghth or you will lose skills. Well it depends on how old you are and what level you are. Im 14 and level 7.

What are the two types of gymnastics most commonly seen in competition and what is the difference between them?

Im not fully sure what you mean. Here are some possible answers:Women's and men's.
