you dont.
Football RuleI don't know when that was but the last person to play both offense and defense in the NFL was Chuck Bednarik (Philadelphia Eagles, 1949-62). There was also William Perry in super bowl XX who played offense and defense but he only played offense for only 1 play.Deion Sanders occasionally played both sides of the ball. He was a cornerback, returned punts, and was a third wide receiver when he played for the Cowboys.
Offense and Defense. Offense being the team in possesion of the ball.
911, and the Department of Defense
To keep partner under control . You know, " The best defense is a good offense." Just a strategic move .

You try to score goals, they have positions, if it goes out from the side its a throw in, if it goes out behind the goals and the defense did it, its a corner kick, and if the offense did it then it's a goal kick.
It depends, how hard you REALLY want it and if you are in shape, no offense. ^__^
klein,they have a shut down defense,,i should know i play for them.(eric rowe) :-)
There are several skills you must know when you play. You must know how to catch, throw, bat and base run properly. You play defense or stay on the field and try to get the batter out and you will play offense and try to get some runs and hit balls.
I don't think it's known but Miami Dolphins were the first to win a superbowl with the defense in 1972. Pittsburgh Steelers have used the defense since 1982 and I know the Houston Oilers also used the defense. Still it would have to be a college team that first used the defense since college football came before professional. And everything including innovation usually trickelles down from there.
no offense
One rule for football is that you are not allowed to hold anyone when you tackle them. ____ The basic rules: Each team has to get the ball into the opposing end zone to score. You have 4 tries to get 10 yards, and if you can't, then you turn the ball over to the other team. If you can, then you get another 4 tries to go 10 more yards, and so on until you get to the end zone to score. There are two basic ways to score... run in or catch the ball in the end zone, or kick it through the goal posts in the end zone. ... obviously the game is much more complex, and there are additional ways to score and rules about how you can try to stop your opponents from getting 10 yards. For more information on football rules (American football), please see the related link below to the National Football League's Rulebook page, which has both basic and more complex information.
