You don't, unless someone tells you. If you just suspect it, you might simply be suffering from mild paranoia based entirely on your own suspicions, they might not be talking about you at all.

∙ 13y agoyou should ask mutual friends of yours and hers or his. That way if they say that she/he DO talk about you behind your back... then you know!! But ask more than one mutual friend.... hope this helps!! :)
