Normally, you would have one player close to the ball, to stop a short corner, then you would have a player on the line at the front post, and one at the back post. Then depending on the team mentality, you would either have players man marking or zonal marking the attacking players in the box. You would also have your strikers and maybe a midfielder or two outside the box, anticipating a counter attack.
However, the state of the game will dictate how you defend. If you are a goal up with five minutes to go, it is likely that you will have all your players in the box defending.

∙ 13y agoYou have to keep the ball still in the circle, then you have to kick it with the idea of of the ball falling on your team mates head to head it in. It should not be kicked to hard so that it goes outside.

∙ 12y agoBack up about ten feet and run quickly at the ball. You must have your eye on one of your teammates. Get your cleat up under the soccer ball and swing around as you kick. The ball should go about head high and your teammate should headbutt it into the goal.
