Firstly you have to play for a regular club. Then that club has to be good, they must go into major compotitions such as the London Cup or Bournmouth and alike then if oyu were to reach the semi-final or the final there will be scouts and one will be from Arsenal, if they are bribed or such of the same nature they will no longer consider you or your child they will then contact you if they are intrested.
