To do a flip run as fast as you can then whne you see a building run straight into it. Dont turn your head! Run straight into it. It works trust me then you bounce back resulting into a backflip. That is just a backflip. If you want to do a front flip you do the same except run backward into the building. Right when your about to hit the building jump. Soo much better. The first couple times you might end up peeing your pants so just tell your mom to buy you some pamper diapers. It works!!

In swimming the backstroke could you please explain the backstroke turn and the rules governs the legs used during the turn?

Well while you are swimming on your back, when you reach the flags, count your strokes to see how many take you to the wall. Lets say 5. So now from the flags take 4 strokes flip on to your front and take one freestyle stroke and do a flipturn. Make sure you do not stay on your front too long or you will be disqualified. Push off the wall and do your kickout and start swimming.

Which stroke in swimming does not use a flip turn?

When swmming, you DO use a flip turn only on freestyle and backstroke. You do NOT use a flip turn while swimming breaststroke and butterfly. You do NOT use a flipturn while doing a fly to back turn, or a breast to free turn. Some people use a back to breast backwards flip on the wall, but you don't have to, some think it's faster, others don't. It all depends on your technique and how advanced you are as a swimmer.

How many hands must make contact with the wall when turning at the end of the length?

With both Breststroke and butterfly you have to touch with two hands at the same time For freestyle and backstroke you touch with one hand unless your doing a flipturn

What are good ways to help improve on your backstroke flipturns?

I don't really think there is a specific way to improve your backstoke flipturn. The best way to practice is just focus on a freestyle turn and getting it fast. And then transform it into a backstroke turn.
