The easiest way to fix a backboard that a guy paid to build and he did it wrong, is to remove the Spalding Basketball hoop from the backboard. You can then attach it to a new backboard, that is not tilted forward, and you won't have to be sick and tired of a bad backboard anymore.
The best way to fix a titled backboard is to adjust it yourself. You can always ask the man that built it to come and redo the backboard.
no!?!?! not unless your ds is broken!
There is only one axis and it is always tilted. The part of the axis we call the 'north' pole is tilted toward the sun in the northern summer, and the 'south' pole is tilted toward the sun during the southern summer. That said, the earth itself is a little closer to the sun during the southern summer/northern winter.
Yes Jupiter is tilted and its is tilted by 3.13 degrees.
Yes, there are two small wheels in the front so it can be moved only when tilted.
All planets have tilted axes. But the axis of Uranus is tilted almost by 90 degrees with the plane of its orbit making it look like it is rotating vertically. See related link for a pictorial representation
The plane's wings are tilted upwards a little bit, so when the wind his it it pushes it up.
