Hard to answer w/o knowing WHAT the problem is.
RST460 is a fairly low-end elastomer-spring fork. Not much in it to "fix". They can be disassembled, cleaned and lubed.
If you're lucky you MIGHT be able to find new elastomers for it.

I have a 1998 ford grand Marquis- and the problem is the air suspension light stays on- how to fix this problem
If it has air bag suspension, air bags could be shot or the air compressor for the air bag suspension not working.
It is actually an air suspension consisting of an electric air compressor, 4 air springs, 3 height sensors,an on/off switch and a suspension computer. You need to diagnose where problem lies before you can fix it. Is switch in trunk behind spare turned on ? Does compressor run when key is turned on?Hope this helps.
