When changing for swimming you first take a soap shower and cover yourself completely in soap and then rinse it off. Sometimes you have to wash your hair twice. Then you put on your nylon swim brief and are ready to swim in the pool. However, many people instead enjoy using the swimming pool as if it were a bath tub and at times in the summer the pool has to be closed down a few days because the water is not safe because of all of the bacteria. Some gyms have space for group showers and some gyms have space for individual showers so you just pick one that is open.
