Divide the number of pass attempts into the number of interceptions and multiply by 100. For example: A QB has thrown 9 interceptions in 350 pass attempts. Divide 350 into 9 (9 / 350 = .0257) and multiply by 100 (100 * .0257 = 2.57). The QB's interception percentage is 2.57.
