Pick a Driving School based on your choice of racing and go there before you develop any bad habits in your own car. Its a LOT cheaper in the end!! Get a car, find a track and go for it!! A professionally trained driver is miles ahead (no pun intended) at the track.

The best way to get into racing is by building your own car or at least start wrenching on them. You need to know the mechanics of the car in order to make accurate chassis adjustments after your heat or race. Do some research ..go to local tracks, talk to owners, drivers, crew members...remember you will have to prove that you can cut it and it takes money, and lots of it ..this is a career not a hobby so be prepared for doors to open very slowly.

Karting > German Formula BMW > Formula Three Euroseries > Macau Grand Prix > F3 Korea Super Prix > GP2 Series > Formula One

Join GP2 school nearby, find a team like Durango etc...That is if you want to be an F1 racer.
