Well you should look for the highest contracts in your squad and get rid of them, specially for players that are old, they become useless after some time. Try to scout for young players in leagues in southamerica and Africa. Also try to get some loans for players that don´t have so much space on their teams. And look for players, specially young, so then you can sell them for a nice amount of money. Also get all the stadium ads sold, and sell the Stadium´s name also.
