You can't do two player like split screen, but you can have another friend online join your game by going to the globe on the start menu and hitting the top one. Go to the category of game you want and choose the park or to join someone else's game. Once in the game, click start and click on the cell phone to invite people.

if you look on the back of the box, you will see it does not have co-op play. the only way to play co-op is online with friends/strangers etc. skate 2 features co-op (well multiplayer off the main game) and that's good enough, possibly better, though idk...
