You cant stop that feeling you get in the pit of your stomache when you drop, but you can ignore it. Screaming (especially swearing) will reduce adhrenaline but dont scream literally the whole time because that might annoy other riders. Also, keep telling yourself that a drop in a roller coaster only lasts 3 or 4 seconds and then its over. Good luck!
