my fastest time is (im eleven) 25 mins and 22 secs. but the average time(for an adult) is between 30-40 mins. :)

a multi-vitamin and fish oil then run 3 miles, try to run it under 25 mins for female or 23 mins for a male.... trust me. you'll lose weight... just work up to those fast times
